AutoHireBot ("we", "us", "our") operates autohirebot.com, a free platform that connects nurses and healthcare professionals with hospitals across India. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. We are committed to handling your data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

1. Information we collect

Registration details you provide: name, email, phone number, city/location, nursing qualification, experience, specialties, and (for recruiters) facility details.
Verification data: one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your email to confirm your account.
Usage data collected automatically: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring links, via cookies and analytics.

2. How we use your information

To create and verify your account.
To match nurses with relevant hospital roles and share your profile with hiring hospitals on the platform.
To send you service messages, match alerts, and status updates by email and, where you opt in, WhatsApp.
To operate, secure, and improve the platform.

AutoHireBot is 100% free for both nurses and recruiters. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Service providers we use

We share data only with trusted providers that help us run the service:

Google Firebase / Google Cloud — hosting, database, and authentication.
ZeptoMail (Zoho) — sending transactional and verification emails.
WhatsApp Business (Meta) — optional notifications you opt into.
Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics.

4. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. We also display ads through Google AdSense on some pages (mainly our blog and guides) to help keep the platform free.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

The platform is intended for working healthcare professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
